Learn how to beat the brain’s negativity bias. We evolved to attend deeply to negative events, thus ensuring our survival. Unfortunately, this negativity bias can contribute to feeling stressed, lonely, tired, irritated and inadequate. You’ll learn strategies to create more change in your mind and brain. As you participate your ability to access calm, clear, motivated, confident and peaceful feelings will grow. This six week course begins on Monday October 23rd and occurs from 12:00 to 3:00.
